02The two fees
Why there is a monthly fee.
The setup fee pays for a project with an end: your website, built and launched. The monthly fee pays for the part that never ends - a website has to be hosted, kept secure and maintained - and it only starts once your website is ready to go live.
The setup: paid once, when you start
Designing and building your website, the contact and inquiry form that sends every inquiry to your email, connecting your domain, and launching it. Most websites are ready within 1–2 weeks after we receive everything we need from you.
The monthly plan: starts at launch
Hosting and SSL, technical maintenance and support, and up to 2 small content updates a month. It is what you would otherwise pay a hosting company, a developer and your own time for, from one party that already knows the site. Cancel any time.

Prices are in US dollars. Your domain stays yours, and so do your business information and the content you provide. If the monthly plan ends, hosting, maintenance and support stop at the end of the period you have paid for; the details are in your agreement.

Give visitors a convenient way to ask questions, explore your services, and request help—even outside business hours. Monarch AI Assistance adds a business-trained AI chat assistant to your website.
There is no AI chat on this website, and no AI provider receives anything from visitors to it.
